Since 2001, I have been fortunate to represent California's 29th Congressional District, which includes the communities of Alhambra, Altadena, Burbank, Glendale, Griffith Park, Monterey Park, Pasadena, San Gabriel, South Pasadena, and Temple City.

I am a member of the House Appropriations Committee and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

While in Congress I have worked to bolster national security, strengthen our communities, and introduce a "Kids First" agenda of initiatives to improve education, safety, and health care for our kids.
