I started taking pictures when I was bought a film SLR for a birthday present by my wife and moved on to a digital SLR towards the end of 2006.

I haven't found one specific genre of photos that I like yet as I just enjoy taking pictures although most of my thread is likely to be buildings as I work in architecture and animals as zoo's are great places for a day out with a camera. Hopefully I'll start shooting some portraits as soon as I can find some willing volunteers to put themselves infront of the lense and be happy enough with the results to post them so watch this space!
