Photography is something I do for its enjoyment (though once it was a profession). I also like planting, hiking, bicycling, history-related travel, philosophy, history, politics, science, jazz and classical music, movies, and some sports (baseball as a spectator sport, golf and tennis as an activity). I have been shooting with Nikons since 1970 - making the switch to digital in 2005. Cameras are D7000 and D7200. I like wide-angle views, though I'm now thinking about doing micro photography for small details and textures. Most of my work is outdoors.
