I am a father who loves photography. My favorite subjects are nature (animals, flowers etc.) and candid shots of people I never met before.
I also like photographing my son - he is my favorite subject. Although right now he runs away when he sees me with the camera.That being said I tend to photograph anything that catches my eye or that I see as unusual or beautiful.
I also like photographing sports events. They challenge you to act and compose quickly.
I am glad that cameras are now digital and of descent resolution. They allow us to experiment with different subjects and settings without being afraid that the processing costs will be too high. Once the memory card is paid for you can fill it up as many times as you want without any further cost.
I tend to look at other artists work and make comments on them. If one photo of yours interests me, then chances are others in your stream will too. So I will probably take the time to look through your stream.
Comments are appreciated , that is a sure way to improve my photography and it will make me curious about the commentors photos too.

reginald_dlani was one of my first flickr contacts. I would have to say we met over 'a face in a bottle' a photo of his which I commented on. In the just over two months I have known reginald, my respect for this wonderful friend has only grown greater and greater. For one thing, I believe that reginald puts a lot of thought into each photograph he takes. If you look at his photo stream, you will see a great variety of style and subject matter. What you will not find are dozens and dozens of photos that are one nearly like the other. This is one of the things I love best about reginald. His photos are truly art, each one individual of the other. He has a much lesser number of photos, each which tell a story. They are well thought out in composition and mood, and his macros are stunning. reginald is a wonderful flickr friend who I can count on for suggestions, ideas, and always supportive compliments. He takes the time to look at and comment on photos in my stream which others have just glanced at. He always makes me feel that my meager effort to produce good photography is worth it.
