Joseph Moscoso
Drag to set position!
The sculptures of Joseph E. Moscoso are a study of synchronized glassworks. Inspiration for his works greatly relate to his personal experiences with nature, structure and the intuition of time, balance, symmetry and its interaction with our surroundings.
This Spanish born artist was training in the glazing industry in his late teens. The method in which the art is created is by a process of cutting, polishing, etching, chipping, carving and even breaking. The work becomes a part of his futuristic self and reflection of thoughts from his past.
Joseph's fascination with glass as an art medium allows him the opportunity to enhance our environments both architecturally and esthetically. These compelling works of art are designed to invite participation. They are neither lyrical nor narrative. They transcend a message to the viewer in its mass and title. They are physical objects in which a feeling is forever frozen. It is now up to us to relate our experiences and thoughts to appreciate its magnitude and context.
Joseph Moscoso also invites you to share your personal experiences to allow him to create upon your passion.
