Sean is the ideal Flickr friend in that he really cares about his contacts, in offering suggestions on how they can approach subjects and techniques in new ways, and by making a constant effort to understand what others are trying to convey with their photography. And it doesn't take much time engaging with him to realize that his attitude toward friendship isn't limited to Flickr. He really does care about others. His caring aside, Sean's technical abilities with photo manipulation are impressive to say the least. He achieves results with photo editing that regularly astound and leave me, for one, wondering how on earth he does it. Sean was one of the first people to greet me here at Flickr. He’s remained a steadfast friend and always takes the time to share comments and opinions. His comments are always professional, with a dash of friendliness and an occasional criticism placed in the right spot. Sean lives in a world of lakeside sunsets, and he carries those same red hues into his photography. He’s been known to rework an image over and over trying to get that “just right” appearance and color that he finds so pleasing. In the process, he often comes up with something entirely refreshing and beautiful. Just when you think you have him cornered as a “red hues” artist, he slaps you with a black and white image. He proves then, that he is versatile in his art and his thinking. Proud to know Sean and always glad to see his art portrayed here on Flickr.
