While the Recycle Guys were created by SC DHEC, this Recycle Guys page, as well as www.RecycleGuys.org, is managed by the NC Division of Environmental Assistance and Outreach, a non-regulatory Division of the NC Dept. of Environment and Natural Resources. The Recycle Guys sister campaigns are RE3.org (aimed at 18-34 demographic) and Recycle More NC (35-55 demographic).
