Architect | Futurist | Speculative Designer | VisualistRebal Jaber is a speculative artist and architect who excels at blurring the boundaries between fiction and nonfiction architecture. With a passion for exploring new ways to push the limits of what is possible, Rebal is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Computational Design at TH Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe.

Since 2016, Rebal has been actively working in his own practice, specializing in data-driven and computational design, digital fabrication, visualization, concept design and art direction, as well as VR/AR technology implementation.

Rebal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture Design from Damascus University, where he completed a thesis on Olympic Stadium design, earning an impressive 86% very good distinction. His professional experience comprises various roles in architectural firms and design studios in Iraq and Syria.

As an Architect and Computational Designer at Motif Architects, Iraq, Rebal designed residential and commercial projects using Rhino and Grasshopper, with a strong focus on innovative and sustainable designs. At LaLav Group, Iraq, he showcased his expertise in digital visualization tools, particularly Enscape, to create high-quality visualizations that communicated his vision to clients and stakeholders. In his role at Cliosteel, Syria, Rebal managed steel construction design projects and ensured the highest standards of quality and safety.

Rebal has participated in various collaborations, competitions, and initiatives, such as the paper transformation EPO Competition in Den Hague, the Tafseela Project in partnership with IW Lab, and the Traces of Nature project, where he played a crucial role in utilizing his skills in parametric and procedural design using Houdini, Rhino, and Grasshopper.
