Im a self taught cake enthusiast! So im fairly new at this! I dont really eat much cake, BUTTT I loveeeeee making them! its a hobby now, but I plan on making it a profession some day god willing! It's the reason why I joined and so many of them truly inspire me! I JUST started Culinary school at ICE (Institute Of Culinary Education) And am scheduled to graduate this fall as a pastry chef!
