When I first came across Jack’s photography it was a colour photograph of a beige wall, stop sign and shadows. It was spartan, it was minimalist and that imbued it with visual power based on forms, shadows and colour in flat planes. I liked it and started following his work. Over time and through observing his photography he has taught me much and for that I thank him. Jack continues to cut a deep swath through the photographic landscape. He has many fans all through the flickr universe who admire his unique style.
