The Regional Emergency All-Climate Training (REACT) Center, located at the Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC), is a branch of Wisconsin Emergency Management, Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs. It was established in 2005 to provide a training and skill maintenance facility for urban search and rescue responders in order to serve the citizens and visitors of Wisconsin during local, state, and federal emergencies and disasters. The REACT Center advances interagency response to incidents affecting public safety through specialized training and education, certification, and exercise support.
