RE3.org is North Carolina's second recycling campaign encouraging reducing, reusing and recycling from Boone to Baldhead. RE3.org's sister campaigns are The Recycle Guys and Recycle More NC. All three campaigns are managed by the NC Division of Environmental Assistance and Outreach, a non-regulatory Division of the NC Dept. of Environment and Natural Resources.
