Hi Flickr Friends!

I am a professional photog based in the Washington DC metro area, specializing in fine art portraiture and DC area event coverage. I am available for editorial and commercial work and for travel assignments by special arrangement.

I love photographing children and families by commission for clients throughout the Metro DC area, and some of my client work has been seen in national publications including the Random House collection The Big Book of Babies.

I have had the great good fortune to regularly photograph political dignitaries and celebrity events in Washington, DC and the Mid-Atlantic region, and I worked on the Obama campaign photographing Finance events with the now-President for two years.

Starting in 2010, I will direct the new Washington DC chapter of Flashes of Hope, a non-profit organization providing artistic portraiture for children with life-threatening diseases at Children’s National Medical Center.
