I live in Nashville; occasionally I get to travel to other cities with interesting stuff to photograph, and sometimes I remember to bring my camera along--although I almost always have the phone for low-res poorly-lit blurry photos in any case. Frankly, there are a thousand interesting photos just waiting to be taken within a mile of your house, too, if you're willing to look for them.

I also occasionally get to perform in plays, and I usually take a picture or two from those. Although honestly there are folks making actual money taking actual production shots who get peeved if some schmoe like me is trying to horn in on their profit center, even if we don't get paid to be models.

I don't do much in terms of photo-editing beyond color-correction and cropping. I probably ought to do more; there's certainly pizazz in actual life that I'd like to be able to capture in pictures.
