Ryan C. McGinley is a landscape and nature photographer living in Arizona. He finds the adventure, isolation, mysticism, and beauty of landscape and nature to be the best way to highlight his passion for photography. Ryan was originally trained in film and video with an undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a masters degree from Arizona State. During his five years in the U.S. Navy as a Mass Communication Specialist, Ryan picked up photography as an extension of film and immediately became drawn to the complexity of capturing a single moment. Since moving to Arizona, he has focused solely on landscapes, traveling all over the Southwest in search of the most rewarding scenery to capture and bring to a larger audience.
