My name is J.C. Williams of Talking Rock, GA, and I am an amateur naturalist and photographer. I became acquainted with Roy's work when I joined the Butterflies and Moths of Georgia Flickr group. I was astounded by the quality of his photographs, and as a new comer to nature photography, I decided to contact him to see if he would share with me a few pointers on how to improve my own photographic skills. Roy was happy to give me some of his time, and great advice during a long and very pleasant phone conversation. It was apparent during our conversation that Roy has a great deal of technical knowledge and experience, and I appreciate that he makes himself available to others to share what he knows.
