The Collective exists because a raw food journey can seem inaccessible or challenging to someone learning alone, but can flourish with the help and advice of others. Raw food recipes offer great conventional food alternatives to people who are lactose intolerant, who have Celiac Disease or prefer to avoid gluten, and to anyone who is a vegetarian or vegan. Yep, Raw Food is gluten free, dairy free, meat free and for most purists, void of all animal products (aka, vegan).
