i am a teacher by day, artist by night, & mama 24/7 to three, lively, little girls!

i am an artist who loves rawk music and comes from a family of rock [gems and minerals] lovers! hence the name...

i create late at night. sometimes with a baby asleep on the couch, the rain pelting against the windows, the guitar grinding out of the amp, or in rare moments... silence.

my mediums: paper, paint, ink, and different textures... really whatever i can get my hands on! i gather inspiration from: God. music. nature.

art has been my therapy. I can't say this form of therapy is cheaper than a counselor, but it is more fun!
