Born and raised in Mafra, Portugal, Raquel remains closely linked to tranquility, vast open spaces and patterns of the rural farms and fields surrounding this lovely town. Nature-loving, Raquel discovered photography at a very early age and much of her inspiration comes from this beautiful natural landscape. The ocean, the rolling hills, the woods, the flora and wildlife, nothing is missing. Photography is treated more as a hobby.
