All my photos have the legal copyright of Creative Commons Attribution, Share Alike, Non-Commercial license, or full copyright. Please respect that whenever using my photos, giving the required attribution (my full name (Stephen Ransom) name and provide a hyperlink to my original picture.)

These are rules to follow to be compliant with this license.

 

At any time i can demonstrate that I AM the only owner because i own the RAW files.

 

should you not comply with my rules you will be legally guilty of abuse toward my property

1) OWNERSHIP OF THE PICTURES

Do what you want with my pictures in respect of my license WITHOUT declaring that you are the author. In any case the pictures remain my property

  

2) REPORT MY NAME

As per my license CC Attribution, please report my name as per these condition:

 

**Rules for electronic use (websites or blogs)**

Put my name in a form like "picture by Moyan Brenn on Flickr" in the page where you publish the photo. This is all you need to do.

 

**Rules for print as newsp. or magazine, books, flyers or postcards**

Please always report my credits in the same page of the picture, (you can also put it in a separated credit section as long as you advise me by email) .In the case of postcards and flyers, also in the back side is ok)

  

**Rules for any other type of usage**

Please ask me specifically by email before use them for any other usage not explained here (berkut83@hotmail.it)

 

4) DO NOT UPLOAD THEM ON THE FOLLOWING WEBSITES

A user, before usage, must see the license type, agree with it and respect it, which is CC Attribution. So to download and use my pictures he has to use my gallery and not any other website like the following where these informations are not available:

-- desktop wallpapers websites

-- gallery websites like, Flickr, -- Panoramio, Picasa etc...

-- stock photo selling websites like IStock, Fotolia etc...

-- file storage websites like, --Rapidshare, megaupload etc..

 

5) LIST OF MODIFICATION I ALLOW

As per CC license Share Alike, every modification is allowed as long as you report my credits togheter with the final work you have derived from my pictures after modifying them. You may not change this license after you create a derivative work.
