After being inspired for so long by wonderful photos all around me I decided I wanted to learn how to take a "good" photo and with my fingers crossed I hope to one day take a "great photo".

I received my first DSLR as a graduation present from my Dad. It's a Canon 400D and I'm still using it. I'll be looking for a 7D or even a 5d MKII in the near future. But for now I'm having a lot of fun learning this brilliant skill.

I just bought a Sigma 10-20mm 4-5.6 lens and went to Tasmania with it and am so pleased with the photos I got out of it.

I really enjoy landscape and sporting photography. I would really light to do some macro and light trails/star trails photography in the near future.
