Ralph YUU Chinn(b. 1988) is an independent curator and art critic currently based in Beijing. Ralph YUU has worked in Xin Beijing Art Gallery as a curator assistant and project director from 2006 to 2009. During this period, Ralph YUU curated a project for a young installation artist named Dearborn K. Mendhaka in BEST OF DISCOVERY, ShContemporary08, Shanghai. Ralph YUU also helped for many exhibitions of Xin Beijing Art Gallery and for many art fairs such as CIGE2008, ShContemporary07 and ShContemporary08. Then Ralph YUU helped an artist named Ge XIAO as an intern of ShContemporary09 Asia Pacific P.R. in both Beijing and Shanghai. Ralph YUU is an assistant of an famous artist Lei YAN for his art project. Ralph YUU has passed the preliminary examination of Central Academy of Fine Arts. He will start his Master of Arts in Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, and now working as an art editor for Ullens Center for Contemporary Art(UCCA) in 798 Art District, Beijing.
