I have always liked photographs that spoke of daily life with truth and simplicity. And this is exactly what I found in Raji’s pictures. She seems to shoot more with her heart than with her mind, and that is what makes her pictures an interesting view. Her pictures reflect the fleeting glimpses of growing-up, an extreme inquisitiveness of things around and an unconcealed attempt at portraying simple yet truthful emotions. Her pictures always remind me of some forgotten part of my life and they never fail to bring a smile on my face every time I see them.
