Growing up, I always enjoyed observing nature and learning about and identifying plants around us. I also loved taking photographs whenever I had the opportunity and the resources, alongside getting training in art and painting. My journey as an Earth Science student also gave me the perfect opportunity to observe and describe nature. Now, after several decades and having moved across the world, I am trying to find time to go out and observe and document nature, trying to freeze in the moment. This account provides me with the opportunity to capture the moment I experienced, and hopefully not just document what I saw. I am relatively new to birding and bird photography, however. I first took up bird watching as a hobby in 2023 and then became more serious about it in early 2025.
