I am married ( to Esther ) and have 2 lovely daughters, (Natasha & Alisha ) it goes without saying that my wife is beautiful or we wouldn't have had such lovely kids.

We all love animals and are presently owned by an African Grey (Jojo) an Australian Cockatiel (Willie) two English Cockers (Ginger & Pepper) and scores of Tropical fish - we have 4 aquariums at home.

I rekindled my love for photography in August 2009, by getting my first DSLR, the Nikon D5000. I had discontinued 'active' photography a few years ago - my last 'Film' SLR being a Nikon F90X . ( The F90X was introduced in 1994 & discontinued in 2001 - I probably sold mine in 1999, that's over 11 years ago.

Presently I have a D300s, a D90 (both with respective battery grips) and an *F4 (film) along with the following lenses;

Sigma - 150-500mm f5.0-6.3 APO HSM OS (my favorite)

Nikkor - 70-200 f2.8 AF-S ED IF VR

Nikkor - 35-70mm f2.8D

Nikkor - 105mm f2.8 Micro VR II

Sigma - 17-70 f2.8-4.5 DC HSM Macro

( * the F4 is was gift from a very dear friend. It is in mint condition & just holding it is a pleasure. It's built like a tank and the sound of the shutter is simply out of this world.

I do use it off & on to keep it in top working condition )
