Ok, so having been gifted with a pro account by Igor, props to you man, i'll have to go and get some new images up here. Going to get a camera phone, yeah that'll start me off * ... in the meantime i'll try using the scanner and this old coolpix.

A few days pass and the meds are wearing off and the phonecam is "bending to my whim" (never show your toys any fear).

Day 30 - eventually i will disabuse myself of the notion that it's impossible to make a bad picture using the solarization effect in the sonyericssonk700's phonecam.

Day 400+ - got to wonder what sonyericsson were thinking when making the w810i and droped the acid-solarization filter in favour of a more authentic solarization effect; they could have had BOTH, how hard would that have been?

Tips i'll prolly nvr use, but YOU may find handy:

You've got a snazzy digital camera, but you want to take it into a wet, dusty environment. Protect it with a simple zip-lock bag and a filter.

Judging by the above graphic it appears that about 3% of my pictures have made it to flickr's Explore; not too shabby i'd say! (happyhappyjoyjoy)
