An electrical engineer by training, I have been fascinated by computers since I was 12 years-old which was way before homes had computers, much less mobile phones or internet. My siblings describe me as a nerd. I am an avid cyclist, skier and scuba diver. I took up photography seriously in 2003, bought a Nikon D70 in 2004 and a D7000 in 2011. Born in Santiago, Chile, I have lived in many countries around the world. I speak several languages and love to travel. Palo Alto, California is home, I spent three years in Albuquerque, New Mexico in a photographer's dream with its huge skies, stunning light and more national parks than you can visit in the three years I lived there.
