I spend quite some time in the field, either as a part of my professional occupation or just to relax my mind and get to know with my animal co-dwellers. I almost always carry a camera to help me in identifying birds and other creatures. I do not use hides, camouflage, playback sounds or bait to photograph or videorecord animals. My aim is to record animals in their natural environment while performing their normal daily routines. Rather than an art, my photos serve documentary purposes. I post here some of my better photos mainly to share information on geographic, individual or seasonal variation in plumage coloration or molt stage. Feel free to express your opinion e.g. about my avian ID conclusions/hypotheses.
