I am currently studying for a degree in molecular science with the Open University.

I am new to photography and have just got a new camera. I only have a sony compact camera, but we all have to start somewhere and I wouldn't know where to start with a complex camera. I am very grateful to all those people who have taken the time to look at my photostream and comment.

I like taking photographs of flowers, my children, my dog and places I have been. I think I may have caught the photography bug and I know that I am now a fully fledged Flickr addict.
