I've been crafting for a number of years, mainly paper crafts - card making, scrapbooking, etc. I've recently entered the world of sewing. I have a one year old son and my ultimate goal is to make him a quilt by the time he moves from his baby cot into a big boy bed. This is my journey as I teach myself the skills and techniques needed to accomplish what at the moment feels like an impossible undertaking.
