Hey everyone,
I'm a student from Hanover, a rather small town in Germany. I've always been interested in photography but only really started to regularly go out with my camera or make photos on vacation half a year ago.
I'd really appreciate feedback, criticism or advice on my work and I hope this platform is a way to improve my skills or to get inspiration for new photos.
My greatest inspirations (in terms of photography); my mother, Brassaï, Anders Petersen, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Karl Lagerfeld, Andy Warhol, James Nachtwey and of course many people in the Flickr community. Oh and Bruce Gilden is the man!
I also read a lot and I am greatly inspired by various writers. I like both modern and older arts, be it sculptures or paintings and collages.
I love fashion.
I love taking photos of the streets and it's people, I love portraits but only the ones where I chose the subject. I would never want to work as a photographer in a way of taking orders.... (I could probably imagine to work in fashion but it's utopistic because I really just do what I want in my photos, not what someone tells me)
Thank you,
Raban
