I've only been taking photography seriously, with the intention of learning how to improve since July of 2007. Prior to that I was nothing more than the family event recorder! Snapshots were the norm. I really enjoy the helpful atmosphere here on Flickr and meeting people with similar interests in photography. It has become an addiction!

I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity shoot some weddings over the last couple years which has challenged me to come out of my comfort zone.
