One of my most important times in my musically life were the years with the bass player, singer und owner of a little recording studio Bernd Galetzka. - Roundabout 20 years later the first songs are just released the first time. - And now it's the same adventure for me to hear what former in jam sessions live or in studio arose.

- The concept of "Galetzka Bothe Turbulenz" (1999-2004) was free improvisation ... without exception - without rehearsals, agreements or defining stylistic boundaries. For the most part, the material created live and in the studio between 1999-2004 should find its place between fusion, pop, progressive and rock.

- It all started in 1999 with jam sessions by three musicians who met here for the first time. Bassist and recording studio operator Bernd Galetzka, drummer Ralph Herbert Bothe and guitarist Thomas Tomsen - all active in different musical styles up to now - were soon highly motivated to take the step on stages that could be considered for an improvisation project.

- But unexpected circumstances soon forced the line-up to be changed. Bothe and Galetzka played various concerts with changing soloists until 2002. At the studio level, the project remained active until 2004.

- Started in 2021, more of "Galetzka Bothe Turbulenz" should be regularly audible in our youtube channel.
