Qatar 2022 is setting out to be a completely new type of World Cup™: compact to the benefit of the fans and the environment; customised to the benefit of the teams; creating a strong basis for the sport in the entire region.

The World Cup™ will come to a region brimming with sporting potential and passion.

Qatar, is a historic choice for a Host Nation, promising to bring continents closer together – as Qatar is truly in the Middle, not in the East or West.
