Hello, I'm Pushkar Mandhre and I come from the land of creative people Pune.

The magic of photography has not just intrigued me, but the translation from the click of the shutter to a finished image has always amazed me.

Ever since I first bought a first point and shoot camera in 2005, I have been passionate about photography.

However through life’s many strange and inexplicable twists and turns, photography took an unwanted back seat for a number of years. I did my Masters in Petroleum Technology and joined one of the top oil companies. But my love for photography could not keep me away for long. In recent years, through changing circumstances, I have had many opportunities to travel and my trusty Canon DSLR camera has accompanied me on every journey. Photography is not just a hobby for me but a passion. Thanks to my friends and family who encouraged and inspired me to turn my passion into a profession.

I take great satisfaction in crafting professional photographs of all types of subject and enjoy the spectrum of challenges that photography provides.

Photography brings to me a lot of joy, happiness, a sense of self satisfaction and it is indeed a pleasure to share this joy with others.

Fashion photography and portraits are the themes I like the most in photography because I like to capture beauty and moods.

Whenever I get an opportunity I like to click landscapes, cityscapes, seascapes through my wide range of lenses. The world just looks right and ideal when I see it through MY CAMERA.

My photographs were exhibited at Pratibimba Exhibition held in Pune organised by Earnest Photographers group of Pune in association with Sheil Photo.
