En fotografía, el tema es para mi, hasta cierto punto, indiferente: una expresión, un momento, una luz, un movimiento, un paisaje, un sentimiento...Lo que me resulta fascinante es el hecho de captar la luz, el ángulo, la mirada, retener el instante, salvar el sentimiento de la ligereza del tiempo y la memoria. Siento pasión por las fotos técnicamente bien hechas, inteligentes, diferentes. Me molesta el academicismo cuando sustituye al criterio personal. No tengo interés en las vidas ajenas, pero adoro las fotografías relacionadas con los pensamientos. Me gustan las fotografías que ilustran ideas y aborrezco las que solo sirven al ego del modelo.

I have a passion for photos that are technically well done, intelligent, different. I am bothered by academicism that replaces personal criteria. I have no interest in other people's lives, but I adore photographs related to thoughts, to poetry. I like photographs that illustrate ideas and I hate those that only serve the ego of the model.
