Furthermore, i have been fortunate enough to develop a flickr-friendship w/ this fabulous girl! She is witty, supportive, funny and sweet. Puddincups...how thrilled I am everytime I see a new thumbnail with that handle on the front page of my contacts' images! The depth of her talent and the ever-expanding wonder of her ability to create innovative, fresh, (emotionally/physically/psychologically/spirituall) /stimulating images is beyond comprehension. Why is it so exciting to see Puddin' has posted new images? Because I can't even begin to imagine what she will present next, and it leaves me bouncing up and down--in my very grown-up chair--just like a child, early Christmas morning. Beauty is her true name, for she finds it in everything she sees, touches, creates, and I feel honored to know her through her images and words here at Flickr. :)

Photographer - a person who captures an image using a camera. By that definition, most people are, at one time or another, photographers; but this woman is so much more. She is refreshingly unorthodox, insightful, imaginatively creative, spontaneous, she sees beauty where most see nothing, and her images, of even the most mundane things, appear to be fine works of art, captured by her lens, frozen in time for us to enjoy. I have the honour of calling this person my friend, have been in front of her lens, and am totally amazed at the results of her natural, artistic ability. I think any photographer can make the beautiful look beautiful, but it takes a special gift to make the average, normal, every-day look so, and when I see her work, even images of me, she's done just that.
