Because sustainability requires knowledge from every field, at Portland State it is not part of any one department. Instead, it spans the university to unite creative thinkers from across campus and beyond. Our approach provides every student with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience addressing complex sustainability issues—both inside the classroom and out in the community.
