***** While AI generated images can be eye pleasing and can have artistic value, I wish that people would use other public venues to display them than Flickr. Flickr has been instrumental and important for myself and nearly every photographer I know. It had remained the last major public forum where PHOTOGRAPHY could live and be appreciated as its own artistic form.

There ARE other forums where I view AI generated images. It is my opinion that I do not want to see them on Flickr, just like Ferrari images and videos are unwanted on Harley Davidson forums.

That said, while I like to think I have a discerning eye, it can be easy to err via thumbnails.

While this will mean nothing, I am stating that if your posted image on Flickr does not at least include file generated Camera model used to take the image (or the photographer does not state their camera/lens, etc. in caption or tags, I WILL presume the image is AI generated, and not a real photograph. If that is your art and you follow me, do not be surprised if I do not comment or “like/fave” the image.

Of course, there will be exceptions for photographers I have followed or known for years but who, for whatever reason, choose to hide their EXIF data.

NOTE: I try and visit daily but sometimes lapse. I'm good with the LIKES, but not so much on the comments! When I "like", it means I REALLY love your photo!!! Thank you to everyone who comments on my photos. I don't want you to feel I don't return the love. I can be short on words is all.

***With the exception of boudoir and artistic implied nudity...

Please do NOT add any of my photos to your galleries or groups if they contain pornography or photos containing genitalia (I don't care whose). If your profile is better homed on DeviantArt than Flickr, please do not follow me or contact me.

Everyone, do your thing but please do not have my images associated with any of that. I appreciate and respect kinks/fetishes but there are other places for that. Thank you in advance for respecting me.***

P.S. I am a very VERY generous person... until I find that one of my images is being used without my permission. Be forewarned that I have a very strong legal team (you'd be surprised how many photos of lawyers there are in my stream) which has taken action in the past against those who have used my photographs without my expressed permission or by following copyright laws.

However, feel free to ask me in advance. I'm good about these things. OH! I also apologize in advance. I am NOT good at checking my yahoo e-mail associated with this account! If there is an image you have an inquiry about, it's actually better if you leave a comment on the image than to send flickr mail. You don't need to be specific so much as just say you'd like to contact me.
