While Propeos was established in 2008, its origination started many years ago with the dream of its founder, Shaun Phillips, Licensed NC General Contractor for both Commercial and Residential construction. His commitment began working minor construction and took him through the Marine Corps to an Engineering degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and then to working with local government agencies, engineering, architecture and construction companies. To complete Shaun’s comprehensive property solutions vision, he included an experienced professional, Flint Foley, to implement and execute the hands-on approach and management know-how. Flint’s contributions to Propeos are more than his business management skills. His knowledge of Charlotte’s marketplace, involvement with local leaders and experience as an entrepreneur adds tremendous value and awareness to Propeos. Flint graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Business Management.
