"Sunday evenings are always the worst."

This is Project Sunday. The idea is simple, but I need your help. I need you to set me a challange.

Make a suggestion for something for me to photograph. I will pick one suggestion at random each Sunday evening and then I have one week to produce a photo based on that and post the result here the following Sunday, when I pick the subject of the challange for that week.

Your ideas can be anything - an abstract theme like 'love' or 'time', something literal like 'Your bus stop' or 'Shoes' - anything that comes to mind. Make it interesting, fun, different, challanging, anything you like. I'll try to produce the best image I can for you.

But why?

At 26, Ive found myself trapped in a cycle of anorexia and binge eating - starving and restricting until the points where the mind fights back and induces cravings so strongly irresistable that I loose control and for One Night Only and eat everything and anything. Now, as part of my recovery and OT, I've been given two tasks:

1)Keep busy on Sunday night. At whatever cost, do not get bored, because Sunday nights are always the worst. After a couple of unstructured days, with the addition of boredom and the usual end of the weekend blues a binge in inevitable.

2)Increase activities that distract me from thinking about food and weight. As much as I am not motivated, I remeber that I enjoyed photography, even if I don't feel it these days.

With your help, with something to distract me, keep me busy, create and feel proud of, maybe, just maybe, I can get a little better. So please, get involved and take part - set me a challange, do your worst, and watch here for the result every Sunday.
