I run a Proactive Care program for Kaiser Permanente Southern California which aims to improve the patient care experience while focusing on clinical quality by listening to the voice of the patient and improving the clinical workflow. I try to connect with our front line by making it personal and wearing my heart on my sleeve. I am addicted to blogging, book lover, learning to use Twitter and other social media tools.
