Founded by Beth Murphy in 2000, Principle Pictures is dedicated to making documentary films that educate, inform and inspire. Our stories often have an international focus and cover a wide range of subjects, including human rights, history, science and medicine. In 2007, we completed production of Beyond Belief, a feature-length documentary about two women who lose their husbands on September 11th and decide to help fellow war widows in Afghanistan become self-sufficient. The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
