We often have people ask us what types of homes or buildings we build. People are fascinated by the building process. We will post some of our more interesting projects here and will be sharing photos of some projects from raw land to completion showing the entire process and end result!

I'm Deborah A. Ten Brink and I will be sharing all of this and more on behalf of Primary Alliance.

Our Story:

President Michael Groff and his son, Vice President Matthew Groff, are lifelong Florida residents. They are proud second and third-generation builders offering extensive experience in almost every construction trade.

Michael Groff, after working as field superintendent for one of the largest home-builders on Florida's East Coast, founded his own construction company in 1989. During the construction boom, his company, Groff Construction, was one of Florida's largest builders.

Matthew, serving as Vice President of his father's company took on a very important role overseeing all aspects of over 400 job sites. A monumental task considering the frenzy of the market at that time. From directing sales, to coordinating contract-to-close related responsibilities, to handling day-to-day management of numerous construction crews, Matt gained hands-on experience and has a diversified and extensive background in real estate.

Today, Michael is President and Matt is now serving as Senior Executive Vice President of Primary Alliance Building Contractors LLC (founded in 1987). Matt is also a licensed Florida REALTOR®.
