The Photographic Resource Center (PRC) is an independent non-profit organization that serves as a vital forum for the exploration and interpretation of new work, ideas, and methods in photography and related media. The PRC presents exhibitions, fosters education, develops resources, and facilitates community interaction for local, regional, and national audiences.

Founded in 1976, the Photographic Resource Center (PRC) is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located on the campus of Lesley University. Emphasizing new ideas and trends in contemporary photography, the PRC’s gallery hosts several exhibitions each year, ranging from provocative theme-based exhibitions to the highly-anticipated juried and student exhibitions. Led by regional and national photography luminaries, regular PRC education programs include lectures, booksignings, our monthly "PRC Nights" of work sharing, and portfolio review events. Resource highlights include our 5,000 volume Aaron Siskind library and our e-newsletter.
