Prasantt Ghosh one of the pioneer in the line of fashion and modeling in northeast part of India had completed two decades in this profession . Prasantt ghosh had done shows all over northeast and many times in kolkata ,mumbai, delhi,Bangalore and Ahmedabad . He is the only designer of northeast who had work internationally in Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal. In 2007 , he got the honoured for designing 2000 dancers in northeast attire for the National games.The fabric he mainly uses are northeastern handloom fabric, paat, muga ,eri nooni paat etc. His designs were featured in leading magazine of India like Femina ,Society ,Sananda, Womens era etc. He had work in northeastern hit films like Jowani amoni korey ,Bukur majot jawle, Suren soorar putek and Khel.Prasantt ghosh had worked with top models of India like Dipanita sharma, Tupur chatterjee, Candice pinto, Indrani das gupta, Dipti gujral, Vidisha pavate, Nina manuel, Fleaur xavier, Mughda godse, Jas arora, Upen patel, Girish etc. His designs are sold in many famous outlets in India and abroad.

D' Kreative People / Aadi is a professional event management group and designers house working for the last 20 years consist of eminent and skilled designers, choreographers (dance / fashion) dancers and singers of india. It was conceptualized to promote the budding talent of the Northeast region and provide a platform for them to develop their talent in various sectors. Aspiring models, fresh designer graduates, choreographers, singers and dancers who have potential are encouraged to present their work to the world through various events that are managed by D' Kreative People.

The group is led by Prasantt Ghosh who work as a team to ensure that each event is unique in concept, design and presentation. The credit for many of its successful ventures also goes to its in-house dance/fashion choreographers, fashion designers and the team that works behind the scene to put it all together.

The group has been organizing a number of successful events and shows, from cultural events to product launches of various multinational companies all over India. D'Kreative people/ Aadi has conceptualized , designed and implemented mini events as well as mega events such as Mega Northeast Designer's contest - a fashion designer contest, Malestorm- a male beauty pageant ,Ms Northeast, All Round Kids Talent Hunt, North East X Factor and Mr and Mrs Northeast India.With its well-choreographed ramp shows, cultural nights, innovative product launches, advertisement campaigns, dance workshop and mega events,the group has carved a niche in Northeast India in the field of event management and promoting budding talents.
