A firm believer that a little kindness goes a long way. I am off for periods of time because I am tending to family and my husband who has Multiple Sclerosis.

I am a prairie girl from the province of Saskatchewan in Canada. I love travelling and roughing it by canoeing, hiking and camping. I am here to learn and get better at what I love. I enjoy looking at and leaving comments on images posted by wonderfully talented photographers on here. My purpose on Flickr is to learn and get better.

I photograph pretty much anything that catches my eye (wild flowers, Northern lights, storms, abandoned things, sunsets).

I use a Canon 5D Mark III but have been known to use my old clunker camera (50D)and have a few lenses in my arsenal. My favorite lens is my macro lens. I love getting up close and personal with my subjects and love trying new things.
