I have interest in almost everything good under the sun. My hobbies are reading, traveling, gardening, carpentry, Astronomy & what not, and of course photography. But I love meeting people .

My impression is, most people on this planet are good.

I also consider myself a citizen of this world, not only of my country of birth. My only belief of religion is humanism.

I am professionally a Physician.

I have traveled whole of my country,India,it's long expanse of Himalayas,oceans,desert and jungles.

I have also traveled almost whole of Europe, UK and some of Asian countries including China,Hongkong & Macao,Nepal & Bangladesh.

Oct-Nov,2010- visited South America.

Oct,2011 - visited Egypt.

April 2012- Bangladesh, again.

Sept/Oct 2013- USA.

Sept,2014 - Australia & Newzealand

Sept 2015- Central America

Sept,2016 - Japan

Sept, 2017 - South Africa

I am trying to take better pictures. I have stared with a box camera in school days,( worth less than a dollar ), many years back ,and then gradually gone thru compacts, SLRs and now to my third digital camera. Now mostly clicking with a Canon IS I3 prosumer. May 2009 - got my first DSLR, And Feb-2010- Canon Rebel XT. I take pictures of everything, but landscapes and people are my favorite.
