Our youth group is known as Potong Pasir Youth Executive Committee (PPYEC) and we are part of the People's Association Youth Movement.

Description

The People’s Association Youth Movement (PAYM) was established in 1971. It caters to youths between the ages of 12 and 35, regardless of race, language or religion. With an exciting cohort of 168,000 youth members, the PAYM is the largest youth organisation in Singapore.

 

The YECs aim to promote social cohesiveness, national consciousness and patriotism among youths. They organise various activities to foster leadership qualities among youths and at the same time, promote friendship at national and international levels.

 

We create opportunities for people from various background to meet, mingle, forge friendships and networking.

 

These are our current interest Groups,

 

1. Aeromodelling Club

2. Denvers Cheerleading Team

3. Archery Club

4. Rhythmatic Gymnastic

 

You can be part of the PAYM network and join us to be a grassroots leader to help and make a difference to the community and the youths. Not only you can contribute to the community, you will also become part of a strong network of friends and neighbours who help each other in times of need, and enrich the lives of others.

 

You can join or start your own interest groups through our various youth groups located island wide in each CCs.

Or if you need a place to share your skills and experience in conduct workshops or courses. Approach us!

 

This group will be regularly updated with events and activities happening within our area and PAYM events too.
