I'm an amateur shutter bug. Some of my photos I take with the purpose of creating something beautiful, but many are also a log, documentation of people and places in my life.

I'm enjoying viewing other people's photos, not just the fancy professional level ones, but those that capture a moment, place or feeling. In fact, most of the overly colored and photo-shopped (unnaturally brilliant orange and purple skies, for example) leave me kind of cold but a beautiful snapshot of a field or a street vendor in Nairobi is much more pleasing.

Mi chiamo Patrick e vivo a Portland nello stato di Oregon (SSUU). A me piace molto viaggiare e esplorare, sia vicino a casa o all'estero. Ovviamente ii piace fare delle foto, mi non mi definirei un fotografo.

Mi piace molto anche ammirare le foto degli altri.
